The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Thursday April 18, 2013, arraigned Duruaku Ogwe, Joseph Akao and Bode Thomas Emiola before Justice Alaba Ajileye of the Kogi State High Court, Lokoja on a 4-count charge bordering on conspiracy, forgery and stealing.

 The trial of Aminu Sule Lamido, son of Jigawa State Governor, Sule Lamido got underway Friday 19th April, 2013 before Justice Fatu Riman of the Federal High Court, Kano with the prosecution calling its first witness.

 The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Thursday 18th April, 2013 arraigned the duo of Silas Ogbamebor and Innocent Akpan, before Justice Mohammed Abubakar of the Federal High Court, Warri on a 3- count charge bordering on conspiracy and illegal dealing in Petroleum Product. The accused persons pleaded not guilty to the charge.

 The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arraigned Abubakar Sadiq Maigaskiya and Mustapha Buhari before Justice Dije Abdu Aboki of Kano High Court on 10- count charge of conspiracy and forgery. The third accused person, Haruna Dahiru Bindawa could not be arraigned due to ill-health while the fourth accused person, Tukur Hamisu Gwadabe is still at large.

 The Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Lamorde has restated his commitment to the promotion of excellence. The Chairman who was represented by the Commission's Director of Organization Support (DOS), Mr. Bolaji Salami stated this while taking over a newly constructed office complex for the EFCC zonal office in Port Harcourt from the contractor.

Nganjiwa of the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt on 6-count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money by false pretence. The accused persons pleaded not guilty to the charge.

 The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 arraigned one Kabiru Muhammad before Justice Adebukola Banjoko of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on a 2-count charge bordering on criminal breach of trust, obtaining properties under false pretence and issuance of dud cheque.
